INDIVIDUALS PERMITTED TO PICK UP CHILD

Please list any person who might be picking up your child to avoid any embarrassment or inconvenience at the check-out table.  Please include parents on this list. Parents are permitted to allow their child (14 years & up) to check themselves in and out of camp by noting the child’s information in the drop off/pick up section below.

Please Note: Check-in will begin no earlier than 8:45am. For pick up, please arrive by 3:30pm. If you are late picking up your camper, they will be checked in to After Camp Care and you will be charged $10 per camper. After camp care is from 3:30pm-4:30pm.
