Box Office Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
  • Saturdays: Noon-5pm
  • Online: Open 24 Hours
  • Show days: Open 1 hour prior to all ticketed events

Box Office Update as of September 25, 2026
Due to scheduled inspections and maintenance at the Center, Box Office services will temporarily relocate to Vision Gallery and close briefly for one day.

Monday, September 28–Friday, October 2
Box Office services will be available at Vision Gallery, 10 E. Chicago St., from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

Monday, October 5
The Box Office will be closed.

Beginning Tuesday, October 6
The Box Office will return to its regular location at the Center and regular hours: 
Monday–Friday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday: 12–5 p.m.

What to Know Before You Go

  • Lobby doors and will-call open one hour prior to showtime
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager
  • No cameras and/or recording equipment
  • Concessions are available for purchase; no outside food or beverage
  • Parking at the CCA is free with additional parking available in the nearby Downtown Chandler area.
  • To find bars and restaurants in the nearby downtown area and around Chandler, go to www.visitchandler.com.
