Chandler Center for the Arts is proud to present this performance in partnership with West Valley Arts Council as part of its CCA Anywhere Series.
Enjoy the melodic improvisation of scat jazz performed by legendary singers Diana Lee and GRAMMY-nominated Dennis Rowland. Learn about the art of scatting from these two jazz greats and you’ll be improvising your own jazz sound too.

About the Artists
Diana Lee is a soulful jazz, R&B and contemporary vocalist who has performed and toured with singing superstars Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and many more.
Jazz vocalist Dennis Rowland was hired by Count Basie in 1977 to tour with his orchestra. As the voice of the Count Basie Orchestra for seven years, he shared the stage with music icons Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald and Tony Bennett.
