We consider ourselves lucky to work with some of the most passionate, talented, and hardworking people at Chandler Center for the Arts. While performances are on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic, we're taking this opportunity to turn the spotlight on the rockstars who make the magic happen behind the scenes.

What did you do before you came to work for the Center? I was the Event Manager at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.
What is the most enjoyable part of your job? The most enjoyable part of my job is having the opportunity to work with an amazing team and being part of the arts in the community.
What's the best show you’ve seen at the Center, and why? My favorite shows are the school shows, where our CCA performers do a special show specifically for youth at local schools. Most of the school shows are the first experience of live theatre for a young person - the look on their faces, and how happy they are when they leave is a wonderful memory they will have for a long time.
What accomplishment are you most proud of? When at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, I won a scholarship to complete a professional certification program with the International Festival & Events Association (IFEA). I completed my tasks and earned my certification under 2 years. I am one of a handful of professionals in the State of Arizona hold the Certified Festivals & Events Executive Certification.
Where were you born and raised? I was born in Wichita, Kansas.
Who is your favorite visual and/or performing artist? My favorite visual artist is Tim Burton. My favorite performing artist is a difficult question for someone who works in the arts. I really love singer/songwriters. A few of my favorites are Matt Nakoa, Heather Aubrey Lloyd (with ilyimy), and Elizabeth & the Catapult.
What performer have you always wanted to see? Danny Elfman.
